Welcome to QynTro AI.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the QynTro AI website, applications, APIs (if available), software, platform, and all related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by USP Internet Services Private Limited ("QynTro AI," "we," "us," or "our").

By creating an account, subscribing to a paid plan, purchasing credits, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our associated policies, including our Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, Usage Policy, and any additional guidelines incorporated by reference.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and USP Internet Services Private Limited.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to comply with these Terms, all applicable laws, and any additional policies published by QynTro AI.

These Terms apply to all users of the Service, including but not limited to:

  • Visitors;

  • Registered users;

  • Individual subscribers;

  • Business customers;

  • Enterprise customers;

  • Team administrators;

  • Developers (where applicable); and

  • Any person accessing the Service through another authorized user.

If you are using the Service on behalf of a company, organization, educational institution, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms. In such cases, references to "you" and "your" include both you and the entity you represent.

You may not use the Service if doing so would violate any applicable law or regulation.

QynTro AI reserves the right to refuse access to any person or organization where permitted by applicable law.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service, you represent and warrant that:

  • You are at least eighteen (18) years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction.

  • You have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

  • You are not prohibited from using the Service under any applicable law, regulation, or court order.

  • You are not subject to any applicable trade sanctions or restrictions that would prohibit your use of the Service.

  • The information you provide during registration is truthful, accurate, and complete.

If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you further represent that:

  • You have full authority to accept these Terms on behalf of that organization.

  • The organization agrees to be responsible for all activity conducted through its accounts.

The Service is not intended for children. Individuals under the age required by applicable law may not create an account or use the Service without appropriate legal authorization where permitted.

3. Your Account

Certain features of the Service require you to create a QynTro AI account.

When registering an account, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate, complete, and current information.

  • Keep your account information updated.

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Protect your account against unauthorized access.

  • Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised.

You are solely responsible for:

  • All activities performed using your account;

  • All content created through your account;

  • Maintaining the security of your password and authentication methods;

  • Any purchases, subscriptions, or transactions made using your account.

QynTro AI is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to protect your account credentials.

We strongly recommend using a unique password and enabling multi-factor authentication if available.

3.1 Account Restrictions

You may not:

  • Share your account with another individual unless your subscription plan expressly permits multiple users.

  • Sell, rent, lease, sublicense, or transfer your account.

  • Create multiple accounts to bypass subscription limits, usage restrictions, or enforcement actions.

  • Register an account using false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

  • Impersonate another individual, business, or organization.

  • Access another user's account without authorization.

  • Use automated tools or bots to create accounts.

Any violation of these restrictions may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination of your account.

3.2 Organization & Team Accounts

Business and Team subscriptions may allow account administrators to:

  • Invite team members;

  • Assign user roles and permissions;

  • Manage billing;

  • Access usage analytics;

  • Remove users from the workspace.

The organization is responsible for all activities performed by users associated with its workspace.

Administrators are responsible for ensuring that all authorized users comply with these Terms.

4. Account Security & Verification

Protecting your account is your responsibility.

You agree to:

  • Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials.

  • Use strong authentication practices.

  • Immediately notify us of any unauthorized access or suspected security incident.

  • Cooperate with any investigation relating to account security.

QynTro AI reserves the right to:

  • Require identity verification;

  • Require email or phone verification;

  • Suspend suspicious accounts;

  • Reset passwords where necessary for security;

  • Block access from suspicious locations or devices.

Failure to cooperate with reasonable security measures may result in temporary suspension of your account.

4.1 Fraud Prevention

To protect our users and platform, QynTro AI may monitor account activity for signs of:

  • Fraudulent transactions;

  • Payment abuse;

  • Account sharing;

  • Automated abuse;

  • Credential stuffing;

  • Unauthorized access attempts;

  • Platform manipulation.

Where suspicious activity is detected, we may temporarily restrict or suspend access while conducting a security review.

5. Account Suspension & Termination

QynTro AI reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably determine that:

  • You have violated these Terms or any applicable policy.

  • You have violated applicable laws or regulations.

  • You have engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive conduct.

  • Your account presents a security risk.

  • You have attempted to circumvent usage limits, subscription restrictions, or billing systems.

  • You have infringed the intellectual property rights of others.

  • You have used the Service in a manner that may harm QynTro AI, its users, or third-party providers.

  • We are required to do so by law or a valid governmental authority.

Where appropriate, we may provide notice and an opportunity to remedy the violation before taking action. However, we may suspend or terminate access immediately where necessary to protect the security, integrity, or lawful operation of the Service.

5.1 Effect of Suspension or Termination

If your account is suspended or terminated:

  • Your right to access and use the Service will immediately cease.

  • Active subscriptions may be cancelled in accordance with these Terms and our Refund Policy.

  • We may disable or delete your account and associated content in accordance with our data retention practices.

  • Outstanding payment obligations will remain due.

  • Any provisions of these Terms that are intended to survive termination—including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnification, governing law, and dispute resolution—will continue to apply.

5.2 Your Right to Close Your Account

You may close your account at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

Closing your account does not automatically entitle you to a refund unless required by applicable law or expressly provided under our Refund Policy.

6. AI Services & Platform Features

QynTro AI is an all-in-one artificial intelligence platform that provides access to a wide range of AI-powered tools and technologies through a unified interface.

Depending on your subscription plan, regional availability, and feature access, the Service may include:

  • AI Chat & Conversational Assistants

  • Large Language Models (LLMs)

  • AI Writing & Content Creation

  • AI Image Generation & Editing

  • AI Video Generation

  • AI Voice Generation & Voice Cloning

  • AI Music Generation

  • AI Presentation & Document Creation

  • AI Coding Assistance

  • AI Research & Search Tools

  • AI Agents & Workflow Automation

  • AI Translation

  • AI Productivity Tools

  • AI Business & Marketing Tools

  • Third-Party AI Integrations

  • Future AI features and services

The features, AI models, integrations, and capabilities available through the Service may vary based on:

  • Your subscription plan;

  • Geographic availability;

  • Applicable laws or regulations;

  • Third-party provider availability; and

  • Technical limitations.

Nothing in these Terms guarantees the continued availability of any specific AI model, feature, provider, or integration.

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to:

  • Add new features;

  • Replace AI models;

  • Upgrade or downgrade model versions;

  • Remove discontinued services;

  • Introduce new usage limits;

  • Restrict certain features;

  • Suspend integrations; or

  • Modify the Service,

at any time, with or without prior notice.

7. Third-Party AI Models & Integrations

QynTro AI provides access to both proprietary technologies and AI services supplied by third-party providers.

These providers may include providers of:

  • Language models;

  • Image generation models;

  • Video generation models;

  • Speech synthesis;

  • Music generation;

  • Search services;

  • Translation services;

  • Cloud infrastructure; and

  • Other AI technologies.

Because these services are operated independently, QynTro AI does not control:

  • Their availability;

  • Their pricing;

  • Their technical limitations;

  • Their model behavior;

  • Their response quality;

  • Their generated outputs; or

  • Their future development.

Third-party providers may:

  • Modify their APIs;

  • Change pricing;

  • Remove models;

  • Restrict features;

  • Experience downtime; or

  • Permanently discontinue services.

If a third-party provider changes or removes functionality, QynTro AI may modify or discontinue the corresponding feature without liability.

Your use of third-party AI models through QynTro AI may also be subject to the applicable third-party terms, acceptable use policies, and licensing requirements.

8. User Content

"User Content" means any information, prompts, instructions, text, documents, images, videos, audio, code, files, data, or other materials that you upload, submit, import, generate, or otherwise provide while using the Service.

You retain ownership of your User Content.

Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of your User Content to QynTro AI.

However, you represent and warrant that:

  • You own or have sufficient rights to use the User Content.

  • Your User Content does not infringe any copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, privacy, publicity, or other third-party rights.

  • Your User Content complies with all applicable laws and regulations.

  • Your User Content does not contain malware or harmful code.

  • You have obtained all required permissions and consents before uploading content belonging to another person or organization.

You remain solely responsible for all User Content submitted through your account.

QynTro AI does not pre-screen all User Content and assumes no responsibility for the legality, accuracy, or appropriateness of User Content submitted by users.

8.1 License to User Content

To operate and provide the Service, you grant QynTro AI a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to:

  • Host;

  • Store;

  • Process;

  • Analyze;

  • Cache;

  • Display;

  • Reproduce;

  • Transmit; and

  • Use

your User Content solely for the purpose of:

  • Delivering the Service;

  • Generating AI Outputs;

  • Providing customer support;

  • Preventing fraud and abuse;

  • Improving platform reliability and security;

  • Complying with legal obligations; and

  • Enforcing these Terms.

Except as described in our Privacy Policy or required by law, we do not claim ownership of your User Content.

8.2 Private Content

Unless you intentionally publish or share content through features designed for public sharing, your User Content is treated as private.

QynTro AI will not publicly disclose your private content except:

  • With your permission;

  • To comply with applicable law or legal process;

  • To investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents;

  • To protect the rights, safety, or property of QynTro AI, our users, or third parties; or

  • As otherwise described in our Privacy Policy.

9. AI Outputs & Ownership

"AI Outputs" means any text, images, videos, audio, music, code, presentations, documents, or other content generated by the Service in response to your prompts or instructions.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law:

  • You retain ownership of your AI Outputs to the extent ownership is recognized by applicable law.

  • QynTro AI does not claim ownership of your AI Outputs.

  • You may use AI Outputs for personal, educational, or commercial purposes, subject to these Terms and applicable law.

However, because artificial intelligence systems generate content probabilistically:

  • Similar prompts may generate similar outputs.

  • Different users may receive identical or substantially similar content.

  • AI Outputs are not guaranteed to be unique or exclusive.

Accordingly, QynTro AI cannot guarantee that another user will not receive similar content.

9.1 No Guarantee of Originality

Artificial intelligence does not independently verify originality.

You are responsible for ensuring that your AI Outputs do not infringe:

  • Copyrights;

  • Trademarks;

  • Patents;

  • Trade secrets;

  • Privacy rights;

  • Publicity rights; or

  • Other intellectual property rights.

If you intend to use AI Outputs commercially, you should conduct any necessary legal review before publication or distribution.

9.2 Accuracy of AI Outputs

Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology.

AI Outputs may:

  • Be inaccurate;

  • Contain factual errors;

  • Include outdated information;

  • Omit important facts;

  • Reflect biases;

  • Produce unexpected or inappropriate content.

You acknowledge that AI Outputs should not be relied upon without appropriate human review.

You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, verifying, and approving AI Outputs before using or sharing them.

9.3 No Professional Advice

AI Outputs are provided for informational and creative purposes only.

They do not constitute:

  • Legal advice;

  • Medical advice;

  • Financial advice;

  • Tax advice;

  • Engineering advice;

  • Investment advice; or

  • Any other regulated professional advice.

Always consult a qualified professional before making decisions based on AI-generated content.

10. Commercial Use

Unless expressly prohibited by applicable law, these Terms, or third-party licensing restrictions, you may use AI Outputs generated through the Service for lawful commercial purposes.

Commercial use may include, for example:

  • Marketing materials;

  • Advertisements;

  • Books and publications;

  • Blog articles;

  • Websites;

  • Social media content;

  • Business presentations;

  • Product designs;

  • Educational materials;

  • Software applications;

  • Videos;

  • Digital products; and

  • Other commercial projects.

You remain solely responsible for ensuring that your commercial use complies with:

  • Applicable laws;

  • Copyright laws;

  • Trademark laws;

  • Consumer protection laws;

  • Advertising regulations;

  • Industry-specific requirements; and

  • Third-party licensing obligations.

QynTro AI does not provide any warranty that AI Outputs are free from third-party claims or suitable for any specific commercial purpose.

10.1 Prohibited Commercial Uses

You may not use the Service or AI Outputs to:

  • Violate applicable laws or regulations;

  • Misrepresent AI-generated content as human-created where disclosure is legally required;

  • Create fraudulent or deceptive materials;

  • Infringe the rights of others;

  • Produce content that promotes illegal activities;

  • Develop malicious software;

  • Create deceptive deepfakes intended to defraud or cause harm;

  • Operate unlawful scams or phishing campaigns; or

  • Circumvent restrictions imposed by QynTro AI or third-party AI providers.

QynTro AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited commercial activities.

10.2 Responsibility for AI Outputs

You are solely responsible for:

  • The prompts you submit;

  • The AI Outputs you generate;

  • How those outputs are edited, shared, published, or commercialized;

  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws; and

  • Respecting the rights of third parties.

QynTro AI acts solely as a technology provider and does not assume responsibility for the content created or distributed by users.

 

11. Privacy & Data Protection

Your privacy is important to us.

Our collection, use, storage, processing, disclosure, and protection of personal information are governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that QynTro AI may collect and process information necessary to:

  • Create and manage your account;

  • Authenticate users;

  • Process payments;

  • Provide AI services;

  • Deliver customer support;

  • Improve platform performance;

  • Prevent fraud and abuse;

  • Maintain security;

  • Comply with legal obligations; and

  • Operate and improve the Service.

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user information. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

You remain responsible for protecting your account credentials and any information you choose to upload or share through the Service.

11.1 International Data Processing

The Service may be operated using infrastructure located in multiple countries.

By using the Service, you understand and agree that your information may be transferred, processed, and stored in countries outside your country of residence, subject to applicable laws and appropriate safeguards.

11.2 Third-Party Service Providers

To provide the Service, QynTro AI may use trusted third-party providers for services including:

  • Authentication;

  • Customer support;

  • Analytics;

  • Email delivery;

  • AI model providers;

  • Security monitoring; and

  • Infrastructure management.

These providers may process information solely for the purpose of delivering services to QynTro AI and are expected to protect your information in accordance with applicable laws and contractual obligations.

12. Data Usage & AI Processing

To generate AI Outputs, QynTro AI must process the prompts, files, and other content you submit to the Service.

This processing may include:

  • Reading prompts;

  • Processing uploaded files;

  • Generating responses;

  • Temporarily storing requests;

  • Routing requests to integrated AI providers; and

  • Logging technical information necessary to operate the Service.

Such processing is performed solely for the purpose of providing the Service and maintaining platform security, reliability, and performance.

12.1 Service Improvement

QynTro AI may use aggregated, anonymized, or de-identified usage information to:

  • Improve platform performance;

  • Detect bugs;

  • Enhance system reliability;

  • Prevent abuse;

  • Analyze feature usage;

  • Develop new features; and

  • Improve customer experience.

Where information is used in this manner, it is processed in a form that is not intended to identify individual users.

12.2 User Content & Model Training

Unless expressly stated in our Privacy Policy or a separate written agreement, QynTro AI does not use your private User Content or AI Outputs to train proprietary foundation AI models owned by QynTro AI.

However, certain third-party AI providers integrated into the Service may process your prompts or content according to their own terms, privacy policies, or data processing practices.

Where available, QynTro AI will make reasonable efforts to work with providers that offer business or enterprise data protections.

Users are encouraged to review the Privacy Policy for additional details regarding data handling practices.

12.3 Sensitive Information

You should not submit sensitive or confidential information through the Service unless you are legally permitted to do so and understand the associated risks.

Examples include:

  • Government-issued identification numbers;

  • Banking credentials;

  • Payment card information;

  • Passwords;

  • Medical records;

  • Highly confidential business information;

  • Trade secrets; or

  • Other information requiring special protection.

QynTro AI is not intended to function as a secure document repository for highly confidential information.

13. License to AI Outputs

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and applicable law, QynTro AI grants you a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use the AI Outputs generated through your account.

You may generally:

  • View;

  • Download;

  • Save;

  • Edit;

  • Publish;

  • Print;

  • Share;

  • Distribute; and

  • Commercially use

your AI Outputs, provided such use complies with these Terms and applicable laws.

Nothing in these Terms grants ownership of QynTro AI's software, platform, trademarks, AI models, or other proprietary technologies.

13.1 Restrictions

You may not use AI Outputs in a manner that:

  • Violates applicable law;

  • Infringes third-party intellectual property rights;

  • Defames or harasses others;

  • Facilitates fraud or deception;

  • Promotes illegal activities;

  • Circumvents licensing restrictions imposed by third-party AI providers.

Where third-party AI providers impose additional licensing requirements, those requirements continue to apply.

14. Feedback & Suggestions

We welcome ideas, suggestions, comments, feature requests, bug reports, and other feedback regarding the Service ("Feedback").

If you voluntarily provide Feedback, you grant QynTro AI a perpetual, worldwide, irrevocable, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to:

  • Use;

  • Modify;

  • Reproduce;

  • Publish;

  • Display;

  • Incorporate; and

  • Commercialize

such Feedback without restriction or compensation.

You acknowledge that:

  • Feedback is provided voluntarily;

  • QynTro AI has no obligation to implement your suggestions;

  • You are not entitled to payment, royalties, or ownership rights based on our use of your Feedback.

Nothing in this section limits your ownership of your original User Content or AI Outputs.

15. Intellectual Property Rights

The Service and all associated intellectual property are owned by USP Internet Services Private Limited or its licensors.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Software;

  • Source code;

  • Platform architecture;

  • User interfaces;

  • APIs;

  • Databases;

  • Documentation;

  • Designs;

  • Logos;

  • Graphics;

  • Icons;

  • Trademarks;

  • Trade names;

  • Branding;

  • Proprietary algorithms;

  • Platform features; and

  • All related technology.

These materials are protected by applicable copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted under these Terms, you may not:

  • Copy;

  • Modify;

  • Reverse engineer;

  • Decompile;

  • Disassemble;

  • Redistribute;

  • Sell;

  • Lease;

  • License;

  • Sublicense;

  • Create derivative works from; or

  • Commercially exploit

any portion of the Service without our prior written permission.

15.1 Trademarks

"QynTro AI," the QynTro AI logo, product names, branding elements, and related marks are trademarks or trade names of USP Internet Services Private Limited.

You may not use our trademarks, logos, branding, or other identifying elements without our prior written consent, except where such use is expressly permitted by law.

15.2 Reservation of Rights

Except for the limited rights expressly granted to you under these Terms, all rights, title, and interest in and to the Service remain exclusively owned by USP Internet Services Private Limited and its licensors.

No implied license or ownership rights are granted by your use of the Service.

16. Acceptable Use Policy

QynTro AI is designed to enable lawful, ethical, and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

You agree to use the Service only in compliance with these Terms, our Usage Policy, all applicable laws, and the rights of others.

You are solely responsible for all prompts, instructions, User Content, AI Outputs, and activities associated with your account.

You agree that you will not use the Service in any manner that:

  • Violates applicable laws or regulations;

  • Infringes the rights of any individual or organization;

  • Interferes with the operation or security of the Service;

  • Circumvents platform safeguards or usage restrictions;

  • Harms other users or third parties.

QynTro AI reserves the right to investigate suspected misuse and take appropriate action, including removing content, limiting features, suspending accounts, or terminating access.

17. Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Service to create, generate, upload, distribute, or facilitate content or activities that:

Illegal Activities

  • Promote or facilitate criminal conduct.

  • Commit fraud or financial scams.

  • Support money laundering.

  • Promote terrorism or violent extremism.

  • Traffic illegal goods or services.

  • Evade sanctions or export controls.

Intellectual Property Violations

You may not:

  • Infringe copyrights.

  • Infringe trademarks.

  • Violate patents.

  • Misappropriate trade secrets.

  • Remove copyright notices.

  • Misrepresent ownership of another person's work.

You are responsible for ensuring that your use of AI-generated content does not violate third-party rights.

Harmful Content

You may not generate or distribute content that:

  • Promotes violence.

  • Encourages self-harm.

  • Encourages suicide.

  • Promotes terrorism.

  • Incites hatred against protected groups.

  • Encourages criminal behavior.

Harassment & Abuse

You may not use the Service to:

  • Threaten others.

  • Bully individuals.

  • Harass users.

  • Stalk individuals.

  • Intimidate others.

  • Promote discrimination.

Child Safety

The Service may never be used to create, request, upload, possess, or distribute:

  • Child sexual abuse material.

  • Content exploiting minors.

  • Sexualized images involving minors.

  • Grooming materials.

  • Any content prohibited by child protection laws.

Any suspected violations may be reported to the appropriate authorities.

Adult Content

Unless expressly permitted by QynTro AI, you may not use the Service to create or distribute:

  • Non-consensual intimate imagery.

  • Deepfake pornography.

  • Revenge pornography.

  • Explicit sexual exploitation.

  • Sexually abusive material.

Malware & Cyber Abuse

You may not use the Service to:

  • Develop malware.

  • Create ransomware.

  • Generate phishing attacks.

  • Develop spyware.

  • Create credential theft tools.

  • Conduct denial-of-service attacks.

  • Exploit software vulnerabilities.

  • Assist unauthorized system access.

Educational or defensive cybersecurity use may be permitted where expressly allowed by law and these Terms.

Fraud & Deception

You may not use the Service to:

  • Impersonate another individual.

  • Create fake identities.

  • Conduct phishing campaigns.

  • Produce forged documents.

  • Manipulate financial markets.

  • Create investment scams.

  • Produce fake government documents.

  • Mislead consumers through deceptive practices.

Spam & Platform Abuse

You may not:

  • Generate unsolicited bulk communications.

  • Manipulate search rankings.

  • Artificially inflate engagement metrics.

  • Create fake reviews.

  • Operate spam campaigns.

  • Abuse affiliate programs.

  • Circumvent platform protections.

Deepfakes & Identity Misuse

You may not create AI-generated content intended to:

  • Deceive others regarding a person's identity.

  • Defraud individuals or organizations.

  • Damage another person's reputation.

  • Misrepresent public officials.

  • Falsely imply endorsements.

Synthetic media must comply with applicable laws and platform policies.

18. Safety & Responsible AI Use

QynTro AI is committed to promoting the safe and responsible use of artificial intelligence.

Our safety systems may include:

  • Automated content moderation;

  • Abuse detection;

  • Risk analysis;

  • Fraud monitoring;

  • Security reviews;

  • Rate limiting; and

  • Human review where necessary.

These measures help protect users, the platform, and third parties.

You agree not to intentionally bypass, disable, or interfere with any safety mechanisms implemented by QynTro AI.

We may refuse, restrict, or terminate requests that we reasonably believe:

  • Violate these Terms;

  • Present a safety risk;

  • Facilitate unlawful activity;

  • Abuse platform resources; or

  • Threaten the integrity of the Service.

18.1 AI Limitations

Artificial intelligence systems are probabilistic and may occasionally generate:

  • Incorrect information;

  • Incomplete responses;

  • Biased outputs;

  • Offensive language;

  • Hallucinated facts;

  • Inconsistent reasoning.

You acknowledge that:

  • AI should not replace human judgment.

  • Critical decisions should always be independently verified.

  • You remain solely responsible for your reliance on AI-generated content.

18.2 Reporting Abuse

If you believe another user is abusing the Service or violating these Terms, you may report the matter to our support team.

19. Fair Use Policy

Some subscription plans may be advertised as "Unlimited."

"Unlimited" means access is not restricted by a fixed credit balance under normal individual use. It does not permit abusive, excessive, automated, or commercially exploitative usage that negatively affects the Service or other users.

To ensure reliable performance for all customers, QynTro AI applies a Fair Use Policy.

Examples of activity that may violate this policy include:

  • Continuous high-volume automated requests;

  • Operating bots that generate excessive AI requests;

  • Account sharing beyond your subscription permissions;

  • Reselling access to the Service;

  • Using the Service as backend infrastructure for another AI platform without authorization;

  • Attempting to bypass daily, monthly, or technical usage limits;

  • Excessive usage that degrades platform performance for other users.

To protect the stability and security of the Service, QynTro AI may, at its sole discretion:

  • Apply reasonable request limits;

  • Introduce temporary rate limits;

  • Queue requests during periods of unusually high demand;

  • Limit access to certain premium AI models;

  • Temporarily reduce generation speeds;

  • Request additional verification; or

  • Suspend or terminate accounts engaged in abusive or excessive usage.

Fair Use limits may be updated from time to time to reflect changes in technology, infrastructure, or platform capacity.

20. Third-Party Services & External Integrations

The Service may integrate with third-party software, AI providers, cloud infrastructure, payment processors, authentication providers, storage services, and other external technologies.

These services are operated independently of QynTro AI.

Accordingly:

  • We do not control third-party services.

  • We do not guarantee their availability or performance.

  • We are not responsible for outages, delays, pricing changes, feature removals, or technical issues affecting third-party services.

Your use of third-party services through QynTro AI may also be governed by their respective:

  • Terms of Service;

  • Privacy Policies;

  • Licensing Agreements;

  • Acceptable Use Policies; and

  • Data Processing Terms.

If a third-party provider modifies, suspends, or permanently discontinues its services, QynTro AI may update, replace, or remove the affected functionality without liability.

Where links to third-party websites or services are provided for your convenience, QynTro AI does not endorse or assume responsibility for the content, security, or practices of those external services.

You acknowledge that your interactions with third-party services are at your own risk and subject to the applicable terms of those providers.

21. Subscription Plans

QynTro AI offers various subscription plans, including Free, Individual, Professional, Business, Team, Enterprise, and other plans that may be introduced from time to time.

Each subscription plan provides access to specific features, AI models, usage limits, storage capacity, and service levels as described on our pricing page or in a separate written agreement.

Subscription features may include:

  • Access to premium AI models;

  • Higher usage limits;

  • Faster response speeds;

  • Priority processing;

  • Team collaboration features;

  • Enterprise administration tools;

  • API access (if offered);

  • Premium customer support; and

  • Early access to new features.

The features available under each subscription plan may change over time as we improve the Service.

QynTro AI reserves the right to introduce, modify, replace, or discontinue subscription plans at its sole discretion.

21.1 Free Plans

Free plans are provided on an "as available" basis and may include:

  • Limited AI generations;

  • Restricted access to premium models;

  • Lower usage limits;

  • Reduced storage capacity;

  • Standard processing priority;

  • Limited customer support; and

  • Feature restrictions.

Free plans may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice.

21.2 Enterprise Plans

Enterprise customers may receive customized terms under a separate written Enterprise Agreement.

Where an Enterprise Agreement conflicts with these Terms, the Enterprise Agreement will govern solely with respect to the applicable Enterprise customer.

22. Billing & Payment

Paid subscriptions require payment of all applicable fees.

By purchasing a subscription, you authorize QynTro AI or its authorized payment processor to charge your selected payment method for:

  • Subscription fees;

  • Taxes where applicable;

  • Additional usage charges;

  • Add-on purchases;

  • Credit purchases; and

  • Other authorized charges.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and current billing information.

Failure to maintain valid payment information may result in suspension or cancellation of your subscription.

22.1 Taxes

Unless expressly stated otherwise, subscription prices do not include applicable taxes, duties, levies, or governmental charges.

You are responsible for paying any taxes imposed by your jurisdiction, except taxes based on QynTro AI's income.

22.2 Currency

Subscription fees are charged in the currency displayed at the time of purchase.

Exchange rates and foreign transaction fees imposed by your financial institution are your responsibility.

22.3 Authorized Payment Providers

Payments may be processed through authorized third-party payment providers.

QynTro AI does not store your complete payment card information.

Payment processing is subject to the terms and privacy policies of the applicable payment provider.

23. Automatic Renewal

Unless otherwise specified, paid subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle.

By subscribing, you authorize recurring billing using your selected payment method until you cancel your subscription.

Renewal periods may include:

  • Monthly;

  • Quarterly;

  • Semi-Annual;

  • Annual; or

  • Other billing intervals offered during purchase.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless cancelled before the next renewal date.

23.1 Cancelling Auto-Renewal

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting customer support.

Cancellation will prevent future renewal charges but does not automatically entitle you to a refund for the current billing period unless required by law or expressly stated in our Refund Policy.

Unless otherwise specified, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current paid billing period.

23.2 Failed Payments

If a payment cannot be successfully processed, QynTro AI may:

  • Retry the payment;

  • Notify you of the payment failure;

  • Temporarily suspend premium features;

  • Downgrade your account to a free plan;

  • Restrict access to paid AI models; or

  • Terminate your subscription if payment is not successfully completed.

You remain responsible for any outstanding charges incurred before cancellation or suspension.

24. Usage Credits

Certain features of the Service may operate using usage credits, tokens, or similar consumption-based units.

Credits may be included with your subscription or purchased separately.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Credits have no cash value.

  • Credits are non-transferable.

  • Credits cannot be redeemed for cash.

  • Credits may not be resold.

  • Credits may expire if indicated at the time of purchase.

  • Promotional credits may be subject to additional restrictions.

QynTro AI reserves the right to modify how credits are calculated, consumed, or allocated.

24.1 Premium AI Models

Certain advanced AI models may consume credits at different rates depending on factors including:

  • Model capabilities;

  • Processing costs;

  • Response length;

  • Image or video generation;

  • Audio processing;

  • Compute resources; and

  • Third-party provider pricing.

Credit consumption rates may change without prior notice as technology and provider costs evolve.

24.2 Abuse of Credits

Any attempt to manipulate, duplicate, exploit, or fraudulently obtain credits may result in:

  • Credit forfeiture;

  • Account suspension;

  • Permanent account termination;

  • Cancellation of subscriptions; and

  • Legal action where appropriate.

25. Refund Policy

Purchases made through QynTro AI are subject to our Refund Policy.

Unless required by applicable law or expressly stated otherwise:

  • Subscription fees are generally non-refundable after access to the Service has been provided.

  • Partial billing periods are not refunded.

  • Unused credits are non-refundable.

  • Promotional purchases are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

  • Taxes and third-party payment processing fees may be non-refundable where permitted by law.

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.

  • Processing times depend on your payment provider or financial institution.

  • QynTro AI is not responsible for delays caused by banks, payment processors, or third-party financial institutions.

25.1 Refund Eligibility

Refund requests may be considered in situations such as:

  • Duplicate charges;

  • Accidental purchases;

  • Technical issues that substantially prevented access to the Service and could not be reasonably resolved;

  • Billing errors attributable to QynTro AI; or

  • Other circumstances where QynTro AI determines a refund is appropriate.

Each request is reviewed individually, and approval is granted at QynTro AI's reasonable discretion unless otherwise required by law.

25.2 Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting QynTro AI to resolve the issue, we reserve the right to:

  • Suspend your account during the investigation;

  • Restrict access to paid features;

  • Recover outstanding balances where permitted by law; and

  • Terminate your account in cases of fraudulent or abusive chargeback activity.

Nothing in this section limits your legal rights to dispute unauthorized transactions through your payment provider.

25.3 Promotional Pricing

From time to time, QynTro AI may offer:

  • Introductory pricing;

  • Limited-time discounts;

  • Coupon codes;

  • Promotional offers;

  • Lifetime deals; or

  • Special event pricing.

Unless expressly stated otherwise:

  • Promotional offers cannot be combined.

  • Promotions have no cash value.

  • Expired promotions cannot be applied retroactively.

  • QynTro AI reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.

25.4 Price Changes

QynTro AI may revise subscription prices, usage fees, or other charges from time to time.

For existing recurring subscriptions, we will provide reasonable notice before any material price change becomes effective, where required by applicable law.

Continued use of the Service after a price change becomes effective constitutes acceptance of the revised pricing.

26. Beta Features & Experimental Services

From time to time, QynTro AI may offer beta, preview, alpha, early access, experimental, or evaluation features ("Beta Features").

Beta Features are provided to allow users to test new technologies before their general release.

Beta Features may include:

  • Experimental AI models;

  • New image, video, or audio generation tools;

  • AI Agents;

  • Workflow automation;

  • Research features;

  • New integrations;

  • User interface changes; and

  • Other unreleased functionality.

Participation in Beta Features is voluntary.

26.1 Availability

Beta Features:

  • May be incomplete;

  • May contain bugs or errors;

  • May produce inaccurate or unexpected outputs;

  • May change without notice;

  • May be modified or discontinued at any time;

  • May not become generally available.

QynTro AI makes no commitment to continue supporting any Beta Feature.

26.2 No Warranty

Unless required by applicable law, Beta Features are provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without any warranties or guarantees.

QynTro AI does not warrant that Beta Features will:

  • Meet your expectations;

  • Operate without interruption;

  • Produce accurate results;

  • Be secure;

  • Be free of defects; or

  • Continue to be available.

26.3 Feedback

If you provide feedback regarding Beta Features, you agree that QynTro AI may use that feedback in accordance with Section 14 (Feedback & Suggestions).

27. Copyright Policy & Intellectual Property Complaints

QynTro AI respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same.

If you believe that content available through the Service infringes your copyright or other intellectual property rights, you may submit a written notice to QynTro AI.

Your notice should include:

  • Your name and contact information;

  • A description of the copyrighted work or intellectual property allegedly infringed;

  • A description or location of the allegedly infringing material;

  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is unauthorized;

  • A statement, under penalty of perjury where applicable, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on the rights holder's behalf; and

  • Your physical or electronic signature.

QynTro AI may request additional information before taking action.

27.1 Investigation

Upon receiving a valid complaint, QynTro AI may:

  • Investigate the claim;

  • Remove or disable access to the reported content;

  • Notify the affected user;

  • Request additional information from either party; or

  • Take any other action reasonably necessary to comply with applicable law.

Submission of a complaint does not guarantee removal of content.

27.2 Repeat Infringers

QynTro AI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts of users who repeatedly infringe the intellectual property rights of others.

28. Enterprise Services

QynTro AI offers specialized services for businesses, organizations, educational institutions, and enterprise customers.

Enterprise offerings may include:

  • Dedicated workspaces;

  • Team collaboration tools;

  • Administrative controls;

  • Centralized billing;

  • Enhanced security;

  • Custom integrations;

  • Single Sign-On (SSO), where available;

  • Priority support;

  • Service-level commitments under separate agreements; and

  • Custom licensing arrangements.

Certain enterprise features may require a separate written agreement.

28.1 Organization Administrators

Organization administrators may have the ability to:

  • Add or remove users;

  • Manage permissions;

  • Reset passwords;

  • View account activity;

  • Access usage analytics;

  • Manage billing;

  • Configure organizational settings.

The organization is responsible for ensuring that administrators exercise these privileges appropriately.

28.2 Enterprise Data

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

  • Enterprise customers retain ownership of their User Content and AI Outputs.

  • QynTro AI processes enterprise data solely for the purpose of providing and maintaining the contracted services.

  • Any additional data processing commitments will be governed by the applicable Enterprise Agreement or Data Processing Agreement, if executed.

29. Third-Party AI Providers

QynTro AI integrates technologies from a variety of independent AI providers to deliver advanced capabilities.

These providers may include services for:

  • Natural language processing;

  • Image generation;

  • Video generation;

  • Speech synthesis;

  • Music generation;

  • Translation;

  • Search;

  • Code generation; and

  • Other AI-powered functionality.

The availability of specific models or providers may change at any time due to:

  • Provider decisions;

  • Technical limitations;

  • Licensing changes;

  • Pricing adjustments;

  • Regulatory requirements; or

  • Operational considerations.

QynTro AI does not guarantee continued access to any particular AI model or provider.

29.1 Service Changes

To maintain and improve the Service, QynTro AI may:

  • Replace one AI provider with another;

  • Upgrade or downgrade model versions;

  • Introduce newly available models;

  • Retire discontinued technologies;

  • Adjust usage limits or performance characteristics.

Such changes may occur without prior notice where necessary to maintain service continuity or comply with legal or contractual obligations.

29.2 Third-Party Terms

Certain AI providers may impose additional:

  • Licensing terms;

  • Usage restrictions;

  • Acceptable Use Policies;

  • Geographic limitations; or

  • Technical constraints.

By using AI features powered by third-party providers through QynTro AI, you agree to comply with any applicable restrictions that govern those services.

30. Security & Platform Integrity

QynTro AI employs commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the security, integrity, and availability of the Service.

These measures may include:

  • Encryption in transit where supported;

  • Access controls;

  • Authentication systems;

  • Fraud detection;

  • Abuse prevention mechanisms;

  • Security monitoring;

  • Infrastructure redundancy;

  • Regular maintenance; and

  • Vulnerability management practices.

While we strive to maintain a secure platform, no online service can guarantee absolute security.

Accordingly, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

  • You should use strong passwords and available security features.

  • You should promptly report suspected unauthorized access.

  • You should not attempt to interfere with the security or operation of the Service.

30.1 Security Incidents

If QynTro AI becomes aware of a security incident that materially affects the confidentiality, integrity, or availability of the Service or user data, we may take appropriate measures, including:

  • Investigating the incident;

  • Restricting affected services;

  • Applying emergency security updates;

  • Notifying affected users where required by applicable law; and

  • Cooperating with relevant authorities where legally required.

30.2 Security Testing

You may not perform penetration testing, vulnerability scanning, reverse engineering, or other security testing against the Service without QynTro AI's prior written authorization.

Unauthorized testing may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account and may be referred to the appropriate authorities where applicable.

31. Disclaimer of Warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided on an "AS IS," "AS AVAILABLE," and "WITH ALL FAULTS" basis.

While QynTro AI strives to provide a reliable, secure, and high-quality AI platform, we do not guarantee that the Service will always be:

  • Available without interruption;

  • Error-free or bug-free;

  • Free from inaccuracies or omissions;

  • Secure against every possible threat;

  • Compatible with every device or software configuration;

  • Suitable for your particular purpose; or

  • Free from delays caused by third-party providers.

Artificial intelligence is an evolving technology. AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, misleading, offensive, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use.

You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for reviewing, verifying, editing, and evaluating all AI Outputs before relying on or distributing them.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, QynTro AI disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability;

  • Fitness for a particular purpose;

  • Non-infringement;

  • Quiet enjoyment; and

  • Any warranties arising from course of dealing, usage, or trade practice.

Some jurisdictions do not permit the exclusion of certain warranties. In those jurisdictions, the above limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

32. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, USP Internet Services Private Limited, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, suppliers, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

This includes, without limitation:

  • Loss of profits;

  • Loss of revenue;

  • Loss of business opportunities;

  • Loss of goodwill;

  • Loss of anticipated savings;

  • Loss of data;

  • Business interruption;

  • Computer failure;

  • Service outages;

  • Security breaches caused by third parties; or

  • Any other commercial or economic loss.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the total aggregate liability of QynTro AI arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the greater of:

  • The total amount you paid to QynTro AI for the Service during the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or

  • USD $100.

This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory asserted, including contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, even if QynTro AI has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

33. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless USP Internet Services Private Limited, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, partners, and agents from and against any claims, demands, actions, liabilities, damages, judgments, settlements, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to:

  • Your use of the Service;

  • Your User Content;

  • Your AI Outputs;

  • Your violation of these Terms;

  • Your violation of any applicable law or regulation;

  • Your infringement of any intellectual property or other rights of a third party; or

  • Any fraudulent, negligent, or wrongful conduct by you.

QynTro AI reserves the right to assume the exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification at your expense. You agree to cooperate fully with the defense of any such claim.

34. Force Majeure

QynTro AI shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performing its obligations where such failure or delay results from events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • Natural disasters;

  • Floods;

  • Fires;

  • Earthquakes;

  • Epidemics or pandemics;

  • Acts of war;

  • Terrorism;

  • Civil unrest;

  • Labor disputes;

  • Internet failures;

  • Telecommunications failures;

  • Cloud infrastructure outages;

  • Government actions;

  • Power failures;

  • Cyberattacks by third parties; or

  • Failures of third-party service providers.

During the period of any Force Majeure event, our obligations shall be suspended to the extent affected.

35. Export Controls & Sanctions

You agree to comply with all applicable export control, trade, customs, and economic sanctions laws and regulations.

You represent and warrant that:

  • You are not located in, ordinarily resident in, or accessing the Service from a jurisdiction subject to comprehensive trade sanctions that prohibit our provision of the Service.

  • You are not identified on any applicable government restricted-party or sanctions list that would prohibit your use of the Service.

  • You will not use the Service in violation of applicable export control or sanctions laws.

QynTro AI may suspend or terminate access where necessary to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

36. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiations between the parties.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Malda, West Bengal, India, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Nothing in these Terms prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legal rights.

37. Changes to These Terms

QynTro AI may revise these Terms from time to time to reflect:

  • Changes in applicable laws or regulations;

  • New features or services;

  • Security improvements;

  • Changes to our business operations;

  • Changes in technology; or

  • Other legitimate business reasons.

When we make material changes, we may provide notice through the Service, by email, or by other reasonable means.

The updated Terms will become effective on the date specified at the top of this document unless otherwise stated.

Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Service and cancel your subscription, if applicable.

38. Severability & Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other right.

Any waiver must be in writing and signed by an authorized representative of QynTro AI.

39. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our:

  • Privacy Policy;

  • Refund Policy;

  • Usage Policy;

  • Fair Use Policy;

  • Enterprise Agreement (if applicable);

  • Data Processing Agreement (if applicable); and

  • Any additional policies or legal notices expressly incorporated by reference,

constitute the entire agreement between you and USP Internet Services Private Limited regarding your use of the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications, proposals, and understandings relating to the Service.

40. Content Storage and Retention


1. Storage periods. Generated media — including images, video, music, avatar videos and presentations — and generated text content are stored for a limited period determined by your subscription plan. Current storage periods are published on our Pricing page and in our FAQ. Storage is a convenience feature of the Service and is not a backup, archival, or data custody service.

2. Your responsibility to download. You are responsible for downloading and retaining your own copy of any output immediately after it is generated. You should not rely on QynTro AI as the sole or permanent location of any file you wish to keep. Any file you have not downloaded may become unavailable without further notice once its storage period has elapsed.

3. No guarantee of availability. While we make reasonable efforts to retain files for the periods stated, we do not warrant that any file will remain available for any specific length of time. Files may become unavailable earlier than the stated period due to technical failure, storage provider outage, third-party model provider policy, security incident, error, or operational necessity.

4. Deletion is permanent. Deleted files cannot be recovered, restored, or reproduced. Regenerating equivalent output requires a new generation and consumes credits at the standard rate.

5. No liability for loss. To the fullest extent permitted by law, QynTro AI is not liable for any loss, corruption, or deletion of generated content, or for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from such loss — including loss of business, revenue, or data — regardless of whether the deletion occurred before, on, or after the stated storage period.

6. Cancellation and expiry. If your subscription is cancelled or lapses, your files remain accessible for 30 days from the end of your paid period, after which they are permanently deleted. Download anything you need before cancelling.

7. Changes to storage periods. We may change storage periods at any time. Where a change reduces the retention available on your plan, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.
