You get three credit types each month, and you spend them however you like. Word credits cover AI Chat and AI Writer. Media credits cover images, video, music, avatars and presentations. Character credits cover voiceovers. There's no separate quota per tool — if you want to spend a whole month's media credits on video or Music or Images or Voice, you can.
Yes. Your plan renews automatically on the same date each month and your credits refresh with it. You can cancel any time from Subscription Plans — you keep full access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
It depends which model you choose, and for video, how long you make the clip — video is charged by the second, so a 5-second clip costs half of a 10-second one.
On the Plus plan's 900 media credits, that's roughly:
112 images with GPT Image 2, or 90 with FLUX.1 Pro
18 five-second videos with Veo 3.1 Fast or Kling 1.6 Pro — or 9 at ten seconds
11 ten-slide presentations with images

Top-up packs start at $9 and are available any time from Subscription Plans → Prepaid Plans. They're added to your account immediately, never expire, and are used automatically once your monthly credits are spent. No subscription change needed.
Yes. Upgrade at any time from Subscription Plans and the new plan's credits apply straight away. You can also downgrade or cancel — a downgrade takes effect at your next billing date, so nothing you've already paid for is lost.
Your credits are returned automatically. We only charge for output you actually receive — if a generation fails, or the provider drops it, the credits go back to your balance without you needing to ask.
Yes. Everything you generate is yours to use in client work, marketing and commercial projects, subject to the individual model providers' terms.
No. Everything is included — you don't need accounts with OpenAI, Google, ElevenLabs or anyone else.
You can create an account and try the platform before subscribing. Free accounts have a small credit allowance so you can test quality before you commit.
Monthly credits refresh at the start of each billing cycle and don't carry forward. Top-up credits are different: once purchased they never expire, and they're only used after your monthly balance runs out.
Media files — images, video, music, avatars and presentations — stay in your library for 7 days on the free tier, 30 days on Basic, 180 days on Plus, and a full year on Max. Written content from the AI Writer is kept for 30 days free, a year on Basic, and indefinitely on Plus and Max. Anything you want to keep permanently should be downloaded: once a file passes your plan's storage window it is removed and cannot be recovered.
Your files stay available for 30 days after your subscription ends, so there is time to download anything you need. After that they are removed. If you resubscribe within those 30 days, everything is still there.
