Qyntro AI Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

By participating in the Qyntro AI Affiliate Program, you agree to comply with the following Terms & Conditions.

1. Eligibility

The Qyntro AI Affiliate Program is open to individuals and businesses with a valid Qyntro AI account. Participation is subject to approval by Qyntro AI. We reserve the right to approve, reject, suspend, or terminate any affiliate account at our sole discretion.

2. Affiliate Commissions

  • You earn 20% of the net subscription value — the sale price excluding taxes. Where GST applies, commission is
  • calculated after it is deducted. On a $49 plan, that means commission is paid on $41.53.
  • Commission is recurring: you continue to earn on every renewal for as long as your referral stays subscribed.
  • Earnings are added to your affiliate balance. The minimum payout is $50.
  • Commission is not payable on taxes, prepaid credit packs, or one-off add-ons.
  • We may withhold or reverse commission on any payment that is later refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent.
  • Self-referrals are not eligible — you cannot earn commission on your own accounts.
  • Affiliates earn commissions on eligible purchases made through their unique referral link.
  • Commissions are earned only on successful and completed customer payments.
  • Cancelled, refunded, disputed, fraudulent, or chargeback transactions are not eligible for commissions.
  • Commission rates are determined by Qyntro AI and may vary depending on subscription plans, promotional campaigns, or business requirements.

3. Commission Rate Changes

Qyntro AI reserves the right to modify, increase, decrease, or discontinue affiliate commission rates at any time without prior notice.

Commission rates may change based on factors including, but not limited to:

  • AI model and API costs

  • Infrastructure and operational expenses

  • Market conditions

  • Promotional campaigns

  • Business strategy

  • Product pricing updates

Any updated commission rate will apply to future eligible transactions.

4. Payment Schedule

Affiliate commissions become eligible for payout 30 days after Qyntro AI successfully receives the customer's payment.

This holding period allows time for payment verification, refunds, disputes, chargebacks, and fraud prevention.

5. Minimum Payout

The minimum payout amount is USD $100.

If your approved commission balance is below $100, it will automatically roll over to the next payout period until the minimum payout threshold has been reached.

6. Self-Referral Policy

Affiliates are strictly prohibited from using their own affiliate referral link to generate commissions from their own purchases or subscriptions.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Creating a new Qyntro AI account using your own affiliate link.

  • Purchasing, renewing, or upgrading your own subscription through your affiliate link.

  • Creating multiple accounts for the purpose of earning affiliate commissions.

  • Referring accounts owned or controlled by you, your business, your employees, family members, or anyone acting on your behalf to artificially generate commissions.

  • Using any method intended to earn commissions on your own payments or subscriptions.

Any self-referral or attempt to circumvent this policy may result in:

  • Immediate cancellation of the related commissions.

  • Reversal of previously paid commissions.

  • Suspension or permanent termination of your affiliate account.

  • Removal from the Qyntro AI Affiliate Program without prior notice.

7. Prohibited Promotional Activities

Affiliates must not:

  • Make false, misleading, deceptive, or exaggerated claims about Qyntro AI.

  • Misrepresent product features, pricing, discounts, or promotions.

  • Claim partnerships, endorsements, or certifications that do not exist.

  • Use fake reviews, fake testimonials, or misleading comparisons.

  • Use spam, unsolicited emails, or illegal marketing methods.

  • Use bots, fake accounts, automated traffic, click fraud, or any artificial method to generate commissions.

  • Offer unauthorized coupons, cashback, rebates, or incentives.

  • Bid on Qyntro AI trademarked keywords where prohibited.

  • Promote Qyntro AI on websites, applications, social media accounts, or platforms containing illegal, offensive, hateful, violent, discriminatory, adult, gambling, malware, phishing, or otherwise inappropriate content.

  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party platform policies while promoting Qyntro AI.

8. Fraud Prevention

Qyntro AI actively monitors affiliate activity for fraudulent or abusive behavior.

Any suspected fraud, commission manipulation, fake purchases, payment abuse, account abuse, or other attempts to exploit the Affiliate Program may result in:

  • Commission cancellation.

  • Commission reversal.

  • Payment withholding.

  • Affiliate account suspension.

  • Permanent removal from the Affiliate Program.

  • Legal action where applicable.

9. Taxes

Affiliates are solely responsible for reporting and paying any taxes applicable to their commission earnings in accordance with the laws of their country or jurisdiction.

10. Program Changes

Qyntro AI reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Affiliate Program at any time.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Commission percentages

  • Eligible products

  • Payment methods

  • Payout schedules

  • Minimum payout thresholds

  • Affiliate requirements

  • Marketing guidelines

  • These Affiliate Terms & Conditions

Continued participation in the Affiliate Program constitutes acceptance of any updated Terms.

11. Account Suspension or Termination

Qyntro AI may suspend or permanently terminate an affiliate account at any time if we determine that the affiliate has:

  • Violated these Terms & Conditions.

  • Engaged in fraudulent or abusive activity.

  • Attempted to manipulate commissions.

  • Damaged or attempted to damage the reputation of Qyntro AI.

  • Violated applicable laws or platform policies.

Upon termination, unpaid commissions may be forfeited if they were generated in violation of these Terms.

12. Limitation of Liability

Qyntro AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from participation in the Affiliate Program, including any loss of revenue, profits, business opportunities, goodwill, or data.
